Consultancy & Assistance

We provide a complete solution as per the requirement by keeping the aspects of finance, quality of products and service performance. Project Planning which includes Key Actions & Management Process. Detailed Project Report(DPR) which includes Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow statement. This DPR is the required document for availing loans from banks.  Financial Analysis of the project which includes the estimated cost of the project, taxes and all the incurred charges. Cost analysis before and after the project installation by keeping the aspect of performance & degradation. 

 

Load Enhancement Assistance-: We provide a complete solution by keeping the current and future load requirements of customers. In most of the proposals, we have found that the current consumption of electricity is more than the approved/authorized load in the electricity bill. For the solution, this load needs to be enhanced so that the next step for the installation of the project can be taken. We assist our client for Load Enhancement.

Loan Assistance-: Many times clients require loans for project financing. Hence by keeping in mind the aspect of interest rates and the value for money, we assist our client for loan requirements through public sector banks.

Subsidy Assistance-: Amongst all the sectors only the residential sector can avail subsidy from the government. We provide required assistance for availing subsidy from the government.

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Site survey is the first step of the project. Before the installation, a Site Survey is done by the personnel to understand the actual site conditions & feasibility of the solution. This survey involves Shadow analysis, Weather conditions, Shape of the roof & Availability of space.

 

The next step is designing which involves the designs and drawings required for the project such as the basic design of the project, single line diagram(SLD), electrical drawings, Array layout, etc. The Preparation of Array layout is done by keeping in mind the efficiency & type of modules, String design, Electrical safety, CUF(Capacity utilization factor) & System degradation. 

 

After the Letter of Approval(LOA) from the respective electricity board. Procurement of all the material is done by ensuring the quality and the physical conditions of the material along with the required accessories. After the Procurement, Material dispatch is done with freight payment.

 

Installation involves the following task-:

  • PCC Work, 

  • Fitting of Mounting Structure,

  • Installation of Solar Modules,

  • Installation of Solar Inverter,

  • Installation of Distribution boxes with accessories,

  • Providing earthing protection to devices,

  • Cable laying, 

  • All the electrical connections &

  • Installation of Net-meter. 

 

After the Installation of Net-meter, Testing of the whole system is conducted to analyze the performance of the power plant. Testing involves the tasks of checking all the connections & ensuring the electrical safety of the plant. After the commissioning of Plant, Net metering procedure is applied to the electricity bill.

The whole project involves a lot of documentation work at every step such as Rooftop Application Form, Technical datasheets of each equipment with make and specifications, Testings certificates of modules and inverter, Preparation of project plan with project timeline, etc. We provide complete documentation required at every step of the project.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

After the commissioning of the project 5 years of service warranty is provided for the maintenance & performance analysis of the power plant. In case of any performance issue rises at the site, service personnel will reach the site within 24-hour. Also, 24x7 On-Call support is available.
